Kerry Castree,
holistic wellness coach, aromatherapist, and brain rewiring specialist. Based in Werribee, Melbourne. Working with women for over 25 years.
If you've landed here, something brought you.
Maybe you're exhausted and can't explain why. Maybe you've tried the usual routes, the GP, the therapist, the apps, and still feel stuck. Maybe you're standing at the edge of a new chapter and have no idea where to begin.
Whatever it is, you're in the right place.
I'm Kerry. And I've been sitting with women in moments exactly like yours for more than 25 years.
Before Power2choose, I was an international financial controller.
High stakes. Long hours. The kind of career that demands everything and quietly takes more than you realise you're giving.
The turning point came during one Christmas period. Everyone else had gone home for the holidays.
I was left alone in the office, night after night, working through end-of-year financial reports. Stressed. Unwell. Running on empty.
Something shifted in that silence.
I realised I had been pouring everything into a career that was costing me my health, my energy, and my sense of self.
I walked a different path.
I turned to what I had always loved, aromatherapy, the power of the mind, and the quiet art of helping people reconnect with themselves.
I began seeing clients in 2000. Power2choose became official in 2017. But the work began long before any of that.
I am my client. That's why I understand you.
I've spent over two decades learning, and more importantly practising, every modality I offer.
Nothing in my toolkit is theoretical. Every tool has been used, refined, and tested across hundreds of real client sessions.
When I'm not with clients you'll likely find me barefoot in the garden, sunflower seeds in one hand and a good book in the other. Or playing with AI.
“Author Kerry Castree visited the Scotsburn campus to run her unique workshop, including a live reading of Will and the Magical Sunflower.
Students received sunflower seeds to plant at home and a courage worm to support emotional wellbeing. This visit ties in beautifully with our sustainability focus."
